What paper is used for the prints?

Every print is exclusively made on Hahnemühle archival paper.

Can I return my order?

"You can return your art print within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging. This excludes damage caused during transit—if your print was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately."

How long does shipping take?

"Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days.

Shipping within the EU may vary depending on the destination country and usually takes 5-14 working days."

How are the art prints packaged?

"Our art prints are shipped in a sturdy mailing envelope. The print is carefully wrapped in tissue paper for added protection."

What do I do if my art print arrives damaged?

"Please photograph the damage and contact us immediately."

Will an out-of-print edition ever be reprinted?

"No – limited editions remain limited. Once sold out, the work can only be found on the collector's market."

Are the art prints numbered or signed?

"Yes, each art print is numbered and signed by the artist."
